BOTTESINI | Concerto N°2 in B minor | ORCHESTRA PARTS & SCORE

BOTTESINI  |  Concerto N°2 in B minor  |  DOUBLE BASS AND ORCHESTRA - FULL SCORE AND ALL PARTS
FILE FORMAT: PDF | 300 dpi | 82 pages
RELEASE: final
SCORES: Full conductor's score and the single parts: 2 fl (also an option for only one flute), 2 ob, 2 cl, 2 fg, 2 hn, timp, strings, solo double bass part (for the rehearsals)
SCORDATURA (double bass): in D  |  AEBF#
SOURCE: piano score  |  orchestrated by Božo Paradžik
COMMENT: this instrumentation is origined on the instrumentation by Jiří Hudec SR, conductor and composer. It was an instrumentation of the piano part and later it has been few times reduced by myself with an intention to make the sound of the full orchestra light as possible. Historical source, Bottesini's manuscript of the score hasn't been widely known until just short ago. Original Bottesini's orchestration of the first movement of the Concertino (correct name of this composition) will be added to this instrumentation in 2024 as a bonus material. Also the customers who previously purchased here will get it in an e-mail.
EDITION: this PDF file is formatted fully print-ready. Please use duplex printing of A4 exactly in this order, it is important for the page turning spots (blank pages are inserted where necessary). All the parts are that way already optimally formatted for the rehearsals and concert performances. The double bass solo part is meant to be used for the rehearsals (as it has identic bar numbers), its page layout is a bit rougher than other parts. Updated version, 28 Apr 2022
